To make a referral, go to the job details of a position you want to refer a candidate and click ‘Refer job’. You can then add your referral’s name, reason you are recommending them and create a referral link for your specific candidate. They will have to complete their application and you will be notified by email when they have applied through your referral link.

Referral links:
Referral links cost 1 Bond point, this is done to reduce spam and ensure serious candidates are referred. New recruiter accounts will have 10 Bond points to start referring candidates. You can also earn additional Bond points within our App by Boosting every 24 hours.
Candidate review process:
All referrals are screened by the Bondex team and given a Bondex rating from 1 to 5 stars based on how well the candidate matches the role requirements. The following table explains Bond points awarded based on the suitability of your referral.
