If your referral is hired, you are eligible for the bounty reward. The reward is paid over the new hire’s first 90 days of employment. You will be prompted to add your wallet and complete ID verification prior to the first payout. Payments will be made in USDC on Polygon for fast and efficient processing worldwide.
Payout Schedule example:
Bounty Reward: $10,000
New hire day 30: 50% of Bounty Reward ($5,000)
New hire day 60: 25% of Bounty Reward ($2,500)
New hire day 90: 25% of Bounty Reward ($2,500)
In the unfortunate event your referral does not reach one of these milestones, then subsequent bounty payouts will be withheld. So if your referral left at day 65 of the new job, then you would not receive the day 90 payout.
