You decide the bounty per role and can post jobs for free. You only pay the bounty and 25% platform fee for candidates you hire. For example, if you set a $10,000 bounty on a role and find a candidate through the platform, you pay a total of $12,500 - the $10,000 bounty awarded to the successful referrer and $2,500 Bondex platform fee.
